1. Using Internet
Explorer, browse to http://support.elliot-hs.org
2. Enter the Session
ID provided by the EHS technician

3. Please wait as the remote support application is downloaded and run

4. When prompted to
join a Remote Support session, click "Continue"

5. Finally, to end the
Remote Support session, click "Stop Sharing"
