Support Instructions - Internet Explorer "Edge" Browser on Windows OS
1. Using Internet
Explorer "Edge", browse to http://support.elliot-hs.org
2. Enter the Session
ID provided by the EHS technician
3. When prompted, choose to download the remote support file
4. If prompted with a security warning, accept the warning and click "Yes"
5. Please wait as the remote
support application is downloaded and run
6. When prompted to
join the Remoe Support session, click "Continue"
7. Finally, to end the
Remote Support session, click "Stop Sharing"
