Remote Support Instructions - Google Chrome Browser on Windows OS

1. Using Google Chrome, browse to
2. Enter the Session ID provided by the EHS technician

3. When prompted, choose to download the remote support file

4. Open your downloads folder (CTRL + J) and double click the "Join.exe" file

5. If prompted with a security warning, accept the warning and click "Run" or "Open"

6. Please wait as the remote support application is downloaded and run

7. When prompted to join the Remoe Support session, click "Continue"

8. Finally, to end the Remote Support session, click "Stop Sharing"
