Remote Support Instructions - Google Chrome Browser on Mac OS

1. Using Google Chrome, browse to http://support.elliot-hs.org
2. Enter the Session ID provided by the EHS technician

3. When prompted, choose to download the remote support file

4. Choose where to download the remote support file (JoinMac.dmg). Desktop is an easy location to locate later.

5. Find JoinMac.dmg, downlaoded in the previous step. Double-Click this file.

6. If prompted with a security warning, accept the warning and click "Open"

7. When prompted to join the Remoe Support session, click "Join"

8. Finally, to end the Remote Support session, click "Stop Share"
